What is an Ebook?
An Ebook is technically NOT a software "program", however this Ebook is a collection of Web Pages compiled in an organized format accessible only on Computer. Presently, the Ministry Letters Ebook is available for PC's, running Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP, and is also available in .PDF Format for Macintosh Computers. An Internet Connection is not needed for the Ebook categories, however, some of the links will only work when connected to the Internet. An Internet Browser IS required to view the Ebook pages. (If you are viewing this Webpage, you already have a browser).
Can I get a CD containing Ministry Letters?
Ministry Letters is now available on a CD for a small additional cost which includes postage paid shipping. This combo version can be purchased by clicking here. The CD is optional to the download, however, it has been created due to customer demand.
What if I need to download Ministry Letters again?

Why have I not received an order verification or password?
The primary reason an order verification and/or password has not been received is due to agressive spam filters. You might want to check your "junk mail" box for these e-mails.
Why Isn't the password working for me?
The most frequent reason for the password not working is misspelling the word when typing it in. A secondary reason is typing it in capital letters. The password must be spelled correctly, and in lower case letters to make the Ebook functional.
Do I have to enter the Password every time I open the Ebook?
No. Upon entry the first time, a "cookie" will be placed on your computer so that you will not have to enter the password each time. However, if your computer "crashes", or you delete your cookies, you will need to enter the password.
Where are the "copy and paste" buttons in the Ebook?
This question is another one that is often asked, however, the answer is very simple. While there are no "buttons" at the top of the Ebook, all you need to do to copy and paste a letter is the following:
1. Open the Ebook
2. Click one of the Categories on the left side of the Ebook
3. This brings up the letters in that Category in the middle of the screen. (You may have to scroll down)
4. Find the letter you want to use and click, hold, and drag your left mouse button through the letter.
5. This will then highlight the letter in blue.
6. Then, let up on your left mouse button while the text is still highlighted.
7. Now, "right click" on the blue selected text, and a small menu will come up right beside your mouse pointer.
8. Left click "copy" on the small menu.
9. Go to your Word Processing program (such as MS Word, etc.)
10. Right click on the screen where you want to paste the letter.
11. Click the word "paste".
12. The Letter will then appear on the screen where you may edit it as desired.
Why can I only access the DEMO Letters?
Upon purchase, you will receive a password which will grant you full Ebook access. If you have already purchased the Ministry Letters Ebook, simply enter your password upon entry into the Ebook, and you will be able to access the full library of letters.
