Refund Policy
This website contains downloadable software as our primary product. If you wish to receive a refund, you may use our contact page to inform us of your desire. This must take place within 10 days of your purchase, and you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
Membership fees: If you forgot, or did not read the offer regarding our monthly or annual membership fees, you may receive a full refund 1 time. In other words, if the monthly fee of 4.95 is charged, you may receive a refund of that month. However, if you request a refund for more months than that, it will be denied as we e-mail you each time your credit card is charged. If you use Yahoo, Hotmail, or other such services, you will need to make sure that e-mail from www.churchletters.net or www.memberstar.com, or www.comcast.net are allowed through your spam settings.
